Poly 74-30 Liquid Rubber is a two-part, liquid polyurethane system that cures (RTV) to an amber (color varies), Shore A30 rubber. This is a pourable rubber, but it can be easily thickened with PolyFiber II Thickener for brush-on application.
 
Poly 74-Series polyurethane liquid mold rubbers are soft to mid-range hardness (Shore A20-A55), high-performance, room-temperature (RTV) curing systems. They offer superior flexibility and toughness allowing durable molds to be made from relatively simple to highly detailed, complex models. The 74-Series liquid mold rubbers are supplied as pourable liquids but can be easily thickened to make brush-on molds.
 
These rubbers are commonly used in the following applications: Concrete Casting, Sculpture & Foundry, Architectural Reproduction & Restoration, Millwork & Ornamentation, Candle Making, Industrial Applications, Crafts & Hobby Applications, Theming & Display, and much more.
 
Plaster and wax can generally be cast in polyurethane molds without any release agent, but most concrete mixes and polyurethane resins require a suitable release agent (e.g., Pol-Ease® 2300 Release Agent).
